The Landing Apartments — Parking Rules
- Permit Pass must be visible at all times. Even during car washes or temporary moves — if the pass is not visible, you are responsible for the booting fee. - The Landing Permit Pass Holders may NOT park in visitor parking at any time.

- Pass placement required: Permit Pass must be adhered to the bottom left of the rear bumper where it can be reasonably seen. If this cannot be accomplished, contact RC Booting or The Landing management for instructions.

Key Provisions
- License Required: Booting companies must hold a valid City of Rexburg business license and register all employee photo identification with the Rexburg Police Department.
- Sign Requirements: Signs must be at least 12" × 18", clearly warn that vehicles will be booted, and display the booting company's name and phone number.
- Fee Disclosure: Booters may only charge a removal fee equal to the amount posted on the property's parking signage.
- Documentation Required: Booting companies must photograph the vehicle and the missing permit, record the license plate, make, and boot/removal times, and note any fees collected and the owner's name.
§6.12.100 — Penalty
- Any person, individual, or corporation who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of $100.00. Each incident of violation shall be a separate offense.
- Anyone who tampers, destroys, removes, damages, or incapacitates a boot or similar immobilization device shall be guilty of the above penalty and may incur legal fees in addition to the cost of repairing the device. (Ord. 1173 §10 2017)
